  • The Great American Eclipse

    Educators from the Kopernik Observatory and Science Center will discuss The Great American Eclipse (August 21), information about eclipses, and safe viewing methods. They will bring telescopes and, if the sky is clear, offer a safe viewing of the sun from the library’s front lawn. In case of clouds or rain, attendees will be shown how to use planetarium software. Kids and adults welcome. A limited supply of solar eclipse glasses will be available at the program.
